PILARTO / Build process

A clear path.
From brief
to building.

Better decisions before
the first delivery.

We bring design, specialist production, site works and project supply into one coordinated plan. Each stage has a purpose, a decision to make and a scope to agree.

Six connected stages

The work moves forward.
The decisions stay connected.

Some activities can run in parallel. Others need a clear approval before the next team starts. The programme is developed for the specific project.

01

Define the brief

Start with the place, the use and the ambition. We discuss the site, your priorities, budget expectations and the information already available.

OutcomeA shared brief and a clear next step.

02

Understand the site

Local planning, a survey, ground conditions, access and utilities shape what can be built. Relevant local designers and advisers identify the investigations and approvals the project needs.

OutcomeA site strategy and an agreed route through local requirements.

03

Coordinate the design

Align architecture, structural engineering, openings, services and the manufacturing approach. Resolve responsibilities and interfaces before releasing elements for production.

OutcomeCoordinated drawings, specifications and a defined delivery scope.

04

Prepare in parallel

Specialist partners prepare the agreed components while site teams carry out the authorized groundworks and foundations. Production and site readiness follow a coordinated programme.

OutcomeManufacturing checks, site readiness and a confirmed delivery sequence.

05

Deliver and assemble

Plan transport, site access, crane positions and the installation order. The responsible specialists check the supporting works and assemble the specified elements.

OutcomeAn assembled structure ready for the next agreed trades.

06

Complete and hand over

Coordinate the remaining envelope, services, interiors and exterior works within the agreed scope. Handover records, inspections and outstanding items follow the relevant contracts.

OutcomeA documented handover of the contracted work.

Programme and responsibilities are agreed.

Project size, design readiness, permits, ground conditions, transport and the selected scope affect the sequence and timing. There is no universal delivery date or standard construction price on this website.
