PILARTO / Project scope

Know what’s included.
Before
you build.

Compare the complete plan.
Not only the starting price.

A useful budget connects the building, the site and the work needed to complete the agreed result. We define the boundaries of the package, the interfaces and the responsibilities before a project proceeds.

Choose the right handover point

A scope that fits
the way you want to build.

These are discussion routes, not fixed product packages. The specification, inclusions, exclusions, price and responsible parties are set out in the project proposal and contracts.

01 / Structure

The structural
starting point.

Coordinate the designed structural elements, relevant manufacturing, delivery and assembly. Agree the relationship with foundations, roof structure and follow-on trades.

For clients arranging later trades or working with their own construction team.

02 / Building envelope

Close the
building.

Develop the structure together with the agreed roof covering, exterior finish, windows and external doors. Resolve weatherproofing and trade interfaces as part of the specification.

For a coordinated envelope before internal installation and finishing.

03 / Wider completion

Connect the
finishing stages.

Discuss services, heating and ventilation, interior works, materials, landscape and exterior works. The extent of coordination and delivery depends on the project agreement.

For clients who want to plan more of the complete place with one connected network.

The boundaries matter

Make the interfaces
visible.

These items can materially change the budget and programme. Each needs a defined scope and responsible party.

The site and foundations

Surveys, ground investigations, earthworks, foundation design, drainage and site-specific works are identified and priced for the site.

Design and approvals

Architecture, engineering, local adaptations, permit work and professional responsibilities are agreed for the location and project.

Transport and installation

Delivery routes, lifting, site access, installation responsibilities and any cross-border supply requirements are included explicitly where applicable.

Services, interiors and outdoors

Utility connections, building systems, finishes, furnishings, driveways, gates and landscaping are described as inclusions or exclusions.

Value comes from a clear comparison.

Compare specifications, quantities, site assumptions and handover points on the same basis. A headline price is only useful when the work behind it is clear. PILARTO does not publish a universal cost per square metre or guarantee a saving before a project is assessed.

A better cost-to-quality conversation

Start with the
whole scope.
