PILARTO is introducing a new development, construction and project supply brand. Initial website enquiries and privacy requests are coordinated by Sebastian Kawiorski through sebastian@oketo.com.
Project enquiries
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project location, enquiry type and a short description. A company name is optional. We use this information to review and respond to your request and discuss the next steps you ask us to take.
Where automatic delivery is available, enquiries are processed by Resend and routed to sebastian@oketo.com. Where the form offers to prepare an email, your details stay in the browser until you choose to open and send the email through your own service. Preparing an email does not mean it has been sent.
Information is shared with relevant project specialists only where needed to handle your enquiry and progress the discussion. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you to investor updates.
Investor update registrations
The investor form asks for your name and email address. Company and country are optional. With your explicit consent, we use these details to send PILARTO project news and information about a future funding round, if announced.
Your registration, consent wording, consent version and registration time are stored in a private Vercel Blob store connected to the PILARTO website. Records are not publicly listed. The form does not take payment, establish an investment or reserve an allocation. Registration requests are not email-verified.
You can withdraw consent or request removal by emailing sebastian@oketo.com. We retain investor registration information while you remain subscribed and it is needed for those updates, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Keeping and managing information
We keep project enquiry information for the period needed to handle your request and any resulting discussion. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, withdraw investor update consent or raise a privacy concern, contact sebastian@oketo.com. Your rights depend on the law that applies to your request.
Please send initial summaries rather than confidential documents or sensitive personal information. Hosting, storage and email providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. The investor registration store is configured in the Frankfurt region.
Cookies and external services
This staging website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The background film and website images are served with the website. External links, including OKETO Capital, take you to independently operated services with their own privacy practices.
Images, technical references and project availability
Images labeled architectural concepts are AI-generated illustrations. They are not photographs of completed PILARTO developments or approved designs for the model homes. The brand film uses illustrative licensed stock footage of New York, Miami, marinas, materials and craftsmanship. The technical cutaway is an illustrative reference assembly supplied for the PILARTO identity materials.
Technical dimensions and thermal values describe reference assemblies. Final engineering, materials, specifications, performance requirements and approvals are confirmed for each project. The first model homes are forthcoming; final designs, timing, availability and viewing arrangements will be confirmed separately.

Financing and investor information
The financing route is currently for eligible U.S. applicants and projects only. Credit decisions, eligibility, programme availability and terms are assessed by the relevant provider. PILARTO does not guarantee financing.
Investor registration is an expression of interest in updates. The website is not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice or an investment agreement. No return, funding date or investment availability is promised.
